'Wiches was founded in 2009 by a group of innovative local entrepreneurs, coming together with a common goal in mind: to open a successful restaurant that caters to an experience that cannot be matched by any other restaurants within the area. We aim to please by providing the highest quality food and service possible. You'll find healthy food options here that aren't available at your typical chain restaurants. We now offer gluten free options as well, such as gluten free bread, pizza dough, and desserts!

Not only do we want to provide the best tasting food around, but we also want to bring a positive influence to the local community. We are dedicated to providing fresh made foods prepared in the healthiest (and most delicious!!) ways possible. Here you will not find any fryers, Trans Fats, and very few preservatives. We have the highest of standards for our products and service, and if you are ever, even in the slightest, not 100% satisfied, please do not hesitate to tell us (we know we're not perfect, but we always want to get better!). We're always open to suggestions and happy to hear what you have to say! All we ask, is that if you like what we do, tell a friend, tell two friends!!... heck, blog about it on Facebook!!! Together we can make 'wiches the best restaurant it can be, and we can show all the other eateries that we don't have to stand for frozen product, preservative laced ingredients, and non-local produce!
